Akko Hummus Bar in Leipzig

Hummus great, cocktails phenomenal. The pita bread was tasty too. In short: we were thrilled. Only the whole thing could go a little faster and more orderly. But that's also what gives this shop its charm and feel.

Sensationally good Israeli cuisine. Recommend the braised eggplant. Otherwise it only gets as good in Jerusalem as it does here. :)

Good hummus, and it does have a nice backyard beach bar in summer.

The location is "culturally spartan", the prices for the service offered are juicy and upscale.

In itself really very tasty and also a nice location, but the waiting time of 50 minutes was definitely too long. But we'd love to come back to see if it was an exception. Anyway, the hummus and pita were really good and priced absolutely within reasonable limits :)

The food here is super good! Great, creamy hummus and all other components of the plate are really delicious! The ambience, indoor as well as outdoor in the "beach area" around the corner in the back yard are unfortunately not so nice ... Unfortunately not a place to linger for a long time, but rather for a quick meal some more love would be made!

Hummus tastes good, the salad would be even better with fresh pomegranate seeds, unfortunately the reservation was not confirmed (luckily there was still a table) and non-alcoholic cocktails would also be quite good

The food is tasty and cheap, but it takes a long time and the service is overwhelmed when there are more than 10 guests.

The hummus is mega delicious, the grilled eggplant and peppers I love. Really very tasty and also great for the eye. The green paste is me personally zuuuu sharp. Otherwise, store, alternatively furnished with music and nice staff. Courts can take and also went very quickly. Conclusion: we will definitely be back :)

My absolute hummus favorite in Leipzig. All variants are delicious but on the beaten side I find the plate with mushrooms and fennel.

Great food? Not really. Hummus was almost liquid and kept flowing down off the pita. Not sure if it was only like this when we came but here's one more: The oven-roasted cauliflower was served almost fridge cold but we expected a nicely warm dish. The menu itself is very authentic though and offers a good range of toppings to your hummus.

There is nothing hotter in the world than this hummus. MUST have tried. Nice shop, good opening hours, and for the summer there is a nice free on sand in the courtyard. Prices with 8-10 € for a mixed Hummusteller, although not necessarily low, but still fair. It's always worth it for the taste. The cocktails are delicious.

Nice place for hummus!

I stumble upon Akko quite late at night, was intrigued by many dishes in the menu however the waitress informed me that it was all finished for the day beside the Hummus plate. For me, it showed that food is made on a daily basis which indicates the restaurant's high standards of freshness. We ordered Hummus which was very fulfilling, and was served with chickpeas, pickles, tomato and a spicy paste. This spicy paste (Zhug) was remarkable, tangy, yet very fresh and herby. Even though they do not sell it to take home, the waitress gave me a small box on the house. This indicates the hospitality and the Homey atmosphere of this place. Highly recommend and would definitely be back!

Great Hummus !!

Small restaurant with a good atmosphere. All dishes are vegetarian or vegan and the prices are great. I had the visible on the photo Mixteller (to which there was still Pita), 2 red wine vats and 2 soft drinks and came to 16.50, -. It is very clean and the toilets are in very good condition. The only small drawbacks for me were that you will never be asked, if you still want to drink something and that in the restaurant smoking. I spent a very nice girls evening there and everyone was happy :)
